Welcome to Antakalnis Open Youth Center, where young people aged 14 to 29 gather to explore, create, and discover themselves in a supportive environment. Our center is dedicated to providing a safe space for youth to realize their ideas, foster understanding of themselves and others, and express their creativity freely.
At Antakalnis Youth Center, we believe in the power of youth initiatives. We actively collaborate with young individuals to organize a diverse range of activities such as events, projects, workshops, and more. These include informational sessions on volunteering, stimulating discussions, game and cultural nights, and engaging creative workshops. Here, every activity is shaped by the interests and passions of our participants.
Volunteers play a crucial role in our community. They immerse themselves in the center’s activities, assist in organizing events, and have the opportunity to contribute to our media and communications efforts. Our volunteers are accommodated in comfortable rented apartments, with each having a private room. They receive a monthly allowance covering food and pocket money, as well as a public transport ticket.
